Cyndi McKinney founded Insights, Inc. in 1994, a strategic qualitative

Cyndi has more than fifteen years of experience in consumer marketing
for Fortune 100 companies. She started her career as a product manager
for the Drackett Company in Cincinnati, moving to the Ralston Purina Company
where she led the new-products effort for Continental Baking Company.
After moving to Ralston Purina she was promoted to Group Director New
Products. Successful new products introduced during her career in Product

Cheri Hopkins is
Director of Field Management and Client Support
Cheri has been in the market research industry since 1991, starting as a recruiter
while earning her Business degree from the University of South Florida. Within
one year she quickly assumed the position of Phone Center Manager before being
promoted to Manager of a highly rated facility in Tampa, FL.
In 2000, Cheri founded CHOP Marketing Research. Cheri works on your behalf
to contract with the best facilities, manage costs and over-see recruiting.
Her hands-on experience in the field proves invaluable to her ability
to insure a successful project, providing the knowledge and experience
needed to manage multiple recruiting facilities in the following areas:
- Identify and partner with the best available facilities
- Understand project objectives and develop the screener
- Negotiate project costs and manage the project within your budget
- Monitor and oversee the recruiting process to insure project objectives
